Rizwan is a highly experienced finance and investment professional with nearly 30 years of experience. His expertise spans across due diligence, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, tax structuring, business turnarounds, risk management, and internal audit.
He co-founded PIPartners and currently leads their management advisory services. Rizwan has a proven track record working with prestigious organizations including PwC, multinational corporations, government groups, and private equity firms. Some notable achievements include leading the sell-side advisory for a $375 million university sale, creating a $150 million education platform, and driving business transformations for leading companies in various sectors.
Rizwan is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and also holds an Associate membership of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
