Ali is a veteran finance and banking professional with over 20 years of experience in arranging innovative financing solutions for clients across diverse sectors and geographies. He has arranged over USD 25 billion in funding across 100+ deals. Leveraging his deep connections with UAE and regional financial institutions, Ali has helped clients raise financing for various business needs. Some of his notable achievements include contractor-led extended payment terms, supplier-led term loans, infrastructure development financial advisory, rent-to-own programs for developers, cashflow-backed loan restructuring, and structured trade finance arrangements. He has also structured innovative receivables-backed facilities for airlines, telcos, retailers, healthcare, and real estate.

Ali is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK.
