He has an extensive background in developing infrastructure & strategies to create value with a focus on technology companies, EdTech, FinTech, SaaS business models, Hospitality, Healthcare and Construction.

Tanveer has expertise in Accounting, Taxation, Financial Modelling, Business Valuation, FP&A, Corporate finance, Capital Structures, M&A, Financial Due Diligence and Restructuring. With experience in the UK, Europe, the US, Australia and UAE.

Tanveer holds BA (Hons) in Accountancy, Computer Science & Mathematics, Master of Business Administration in Financial Studies (MBA) from The University of Nottingham, Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Certified in Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) by the Institute of Corporate Finance and Member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD).
