Fazal Hussain is a seasoned Management Consultant and Trainer with over 32 years of experience in senior management roles across investment banking, financial services, and oil and gas sectors. He began his career in 1992 at PwC and has held significant positions, including Head of Finance at KASB Securities, Country Senior Financial Officer at J P Morgan Chase, and Group Financial Controller at iHilal Financial Services in the UAE.
After returning to Pakistan, he served as Head of Audit and later as CFO & Company Secretary at the Central Depository Company until 2015. Most recently, he was General Manager Internal Audit and Head of Corporate Planning & Business Development at Pakistan Petroleum Limited until January 2024.
In addition to his corporate experience, Fazal is actively involved in training and workshops on internal auditing, risk management, fraud detection, compliance, and corporate governance. He has conducted numerous international workshops and presented at prestigious conferences, showcasing his expertise and commitment to knowledge sharing in his field.
