Talita is an experienced C-Suite executive, Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit, consultant, author and international speaker with more than 25 years of corporate experience with global brands, including KPMG; Investec Bank; BMW and Ford Credit Europe Bank Plc. She understands the financial language of business, strategy, and risk, as an experienced Chief Financial Officer and balances this with her expertise as an Executive Board Director of People; helping organisations and leaders to transform.

Talita is the former CFO and CHRO of BMW UK Ltd. and BMW Financial Services Ltd. and has led and implemented award-winning cultural transformation programmes in multiple industries. After leaving corporate life at the end of 2016, Talita published her first book, ‘The Authenticity Dilemma Resolved®’ and helped various organisations locally in the United Kingdom and internationally, to transform their leadership and cultural approaches.

Talita is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a fellow of the Institute of Directors (“IOD”). She delivers strategy and leadership training for directors at the IOD and has created “Finance Inspired 4 Success” a training platform for finance professionals to improve leadership and team dynamics and “Global leadership Hypothesis” an interview series to understand what makes a great leader?
