Islam Saadany is an Expert Strategy Consultant with 12+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Organizational Development & Training working with 30+ companies with various sizes ranging from Multinationals, Large Local Corporates, SME, Scaleups & Startups operating in 20+ industries .
Within his role as a Managing Director & Strategy Consultant @ Forefront Consulting, Islam works side by side with business owners and top-level Management on the formulation and implementation of the businesses’ strategic plans.
Within his role, Islam encountered multiple assignments with many family businesses handling the family dynamics and roles within the organization, creating alignment between the different generations and responsibilities to get the best value possible of the assignment in hand.
