▪ With over 17 years of experience in the training field, 5 years in coaching, Rania has established herself as a prominent People& Professional Skills Trainer/Facilitator/ Coach.
▪ She currently serves as an instructor at both the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and Ain Shams University and other entities.
▪ Throughout her career, Rania has had the privilege of working with numerous leaders and executives, enabling them to achieve remarkable results.
▪ Her primary objective is to influence, inspire, and motivate individuals to become more confident, resilient, and adaptable in the face of constant change.
▪ Rania specializes in coaching leaders, raising their awareness, and supporting them in reaching exceptional outcomes.

▪ Her credentials include ongoing pursuit of a Master’s in Sustainability Planning, as well as certifications in TOT (Training of Trainers), PTP (Professional Training Practitioner), Career Coaching (ICF), Leadership & Executive Coaching (CCE-ICF), Organizational Development Coaching (CCE-ICF), Life Coaching (ICF), NLP Practitioner (ABNLP), EI (Emotional Intelligence) Coach Practitioner (CCE-ICF), and Public Speaking (AUC).
