My background includes roles at Thomson Reuters and Deloitte, where I honed skills in assessing organizational needs, identifying skill gaps, and developing innovative training solutions.

 

⦁ In my current role as Learning & Development, Marketing, and Business Development Manager at Hub of Finance Transformation (HOFT) in Dubai, I manage content and design across various platforms, oversee multiple teams, and contribute to the revamping and rebranding of HOFT. My responsibilities also include marketing, sales, and continuous research for process enhancement.

 

⦁ As a Freelance Trainer, Mentor, Presenter, and Anchor since 2016, I’ve conducted training sessions on public speaking, spoken English, personality development, and soft skills for corporates, schools, and colleges. Additionally, I’ve worked as an anchor for various events and collaborated with diverse clients and brands.

 

⦁ Previously, as a Training Manager at Whitehat Education Technology and a Quality Assurance Analyst at Deloitte, I managed training programs, recruitment, and quality assurance processes. My experience at Thomson Reuters as a Publishing Specialist involved content management, training, and quality assurance in the legal domain.
